The poems in Second-Hand Love Stories are concerned with issues of the body, domesticity, the divine, motherhood, and the beloved-all through the lens of longing. Domestic spaces are explored and subverted, the body is ever-present and often fractured, and the language we use to describe infertility is examined and manipulated.
