Macbeth

Macbeth, a play allegedly based on a true story of a prominent and powerful soldier in Scotland, who got  prophecy from three witches that he will become king. This prophecy triggered a series of bloody and tragic events unleashed by Macbeth and his wife, Lady Macbeth. Lady Macbeth proposes that her husband should eliminate the present king, King Duncan in order to have access to the throne. The support of his wife makes Macbeth to lose his sense of reasoning and committed regicide, which he later paid for, while the wife also committed suicide. This is a play which depicts the rate at which this generation is clamouring for power, and the consequence of power gotten through an erroneous means.
