Encyclopaedia Nigeriana is a 656-paged compendium of randomly-selected articles on various aspects of the Nigerian experience: remarkable personalities, art and culture bits, cities and states, landmarks, tourist spots, cuisine, and a chronological account of a number of defining historical moments in our nation’s history. All articles are arranged in alphabetical order, while the historical moments are arranged chronologically starting at the article on History. We believe that this material will be of immense benefit as an educational supplement for students and young Nigerians, as well as a refreshing reference resource for the older generations.
Encyclopaedia Nigeriana has been reviewed and recommended as a general reading library resource by the National Educational Research and Development Council (NERDC) for use by Nigerian students.
