Sisters indeed is the story of Adaobi and Chioma who love each other. Chioma is seven years old while Adaobi is twelve. Their mother’s name is Nkechi. Chioma is admitted in the hospital because she is seriously sick. Dr. Nmandi runs A test on her and tells her mother that blood transfusion should be done on Chioma.
