A Puzzle for Dr Bello

The similarities in the complaints presented by many young koranic students (Almajiris) in the hospital at the small town of Bodinga remained a puzzle for Dr Balarabe Bello for some time. When the hardworking doctor finally solved the puzzle, he was shocked at the cause of the terrible scourge.
